Here’s everything you need to know before booking and arriving at our Dallas creative loft. We want to ensure your rental experience is seamless, clear, and fully aligned with your creative vision.

Arrival Details

Where do I park?

There is free on-street parking available directly on the side of the building for easy access.

How do I enter the building?

Once you arrive, use the call box at the main entrance to buzz the loft. A member of our team will let you in and check you in personally.

Studio Access & Setup

How early can I arrive before my booking time?

You may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time for check-in.

Is there a grace period for setup or breakdown?

No, please include all setup and breakdown time within your booked time slot.

Included Equipment & Add-Ons

What’s included with my rental?

Your rental includes use of:

   •   Seamless backdrops

   •   Natural light studio environment

   •   Signature loft-style furnishings

What equipment is available as add-ons?

We offer the following as optional add-ons:

   •   Lighting equipment

   •   Podcast microphones + Rodecaster Pro

   •   On-site podcast/audio engineer support

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring and use your own gear during your rental.

Studio Guidelines

Can I bring food, drinks, or decor?

Yes, light food, drinks, and decor are welcome for shoots or events. No glitter or confetti is allowed.

What’s the maximum number of guests allowed?

   •   Photo/Video Shoots: Up to 4 guests/crew

   •   Small Events: Up to 12 guests

Are there any noise restrictions?

Yes. As we are located in a mixed-use building with other creators, we ask that you avoid loud music or excessive noiseduring your rental.

What’s your cleaning policy?

We ask that renters tidy up and remove any trash or items brought in. Our team will deep clean between bookings.

Can I move the furniture?

Yes, feel free to lightly rearrange furniture to fit your setup. Please return everything to its original place before leaving.
